Our physical boutique is located at 908 Ogden Ave, Lisle, IL 60532, United States. We invite you to visit us in person to explore our latest handcrafted collections.

What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week to serve you (All times Central Time):
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize my press-on nails?
Yes! We offer a variety of styles. You can request specific sizes or custom designs for your sets to make them truly unique.

Can I change my order after placing it?
For standard items, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering. For customized nails, we cannot make changes once the artistry or preparation has begun.

Shipping & Store Pickup

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 carry a flat rate of $4.95.

How long does delivery take?
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).
Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
Total Estimate: 4–7 business days.

How does Free Store Pickup work?
Choose "Pick Up" at checkout to skip shipping fees. Most orders are ready within 2 hours. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order is set for collection at our Lisle store.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused, unopened nail sets in their original packaging. Please note that used nails or sets with broken hygiene seals are Final Sale for safety reasons.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. 908 Nails charges $0.00 restocking fees for all eligible returns.

Payments & Security

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and is PCI-compliant. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
