At 908 Nails, we want you to be delighted with your order. Because our products include hygiene-sensitive and custom-designed items, our policy ensures clarity and safety for all our customers.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to health, safety, and the specialized nature of our products, the following are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Hygiene & Health: Any nail sets that have been worn, applied, or if the original adhesive seal/packaging has been opened or broken.
- Personalized Sets: Any press-on nails customized with specific sizes, shapes, or bespoke artwork.
- Used Goods: Products showing signs of filing, clipping, or any alteration.
2. Standard Returns (Eligible Items)
For unused and unopened standard nail kits or accessories:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will provide an immediate resolution:
- Reporting: Please email support@908nails.us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
- Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a free replacement for confirmed defective items.
4. Return Shipping & Labels
- Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), 908 Nails will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
5. Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
